Our office leasing business opened in 2006, serving a variety of small businesses and law firms including legal court services. Understanding the needs of our tenants and delivering in a responsive and consistent manner are key to serving them well. Additionally, this contributes to tenant retention and consequently our success.
Ambience and Comfort
To build on this, several improvements and upgrades were made for better overall comfort and the aesthetics of our facility. Basically, a key part of comfort is the ambient temperature we maintain in the building, especially during the hot summer months. You can expect to walk into a cool environment from the outside heat and feel refreshed and comfortable. Another key point, we use LED technology for most of our lighting in the building that provides well-lit offices throughout.
Our Office Lease Offering
Understanding that not one shoe size fits all, we offer office leasing in varying square footage and layout configurations. In addition to providing offices for lease, we have added conference rooms to our leasing offering. Some local businesses may not have adequate meeting space to facilitate meeting groups of 10 people or more. There aren’t conference rooms available for leasing within close proximity to the courthouse, which drives most of this need. Most area businesses will lease conference rooms from hotels but need to drive a few miles adding more time and cost. On the other hand, we offer conference rooms for groups of 8-12 people or larger for groups up to 40+ people. We include all necessary equipment needed to connect with local or remote groups. Flexible scheduling is available to meet your meeting time and cost needs.
